Your customers can now access France's fastest-growing, SNCF-owned budget rail service through SilverCore. This means more inventory options and competitive prices for French routes - especially Paris to Lyon and Marseille.
Why it matters: OuiGo has become indispensable in the French market, giving your customers access to high-demand, low-cost routes that were previously unavailable or often sold out and is also fully integrated in SNCF's journey planning. Your customers can directly choose their exact seat on all eight available UK Train Operating Companies when making their booking. This reduces customer service calls and increases booking satisfaction - especially for business travelers.
Why it matters: Very few retailers can offer seat selection, making this a competitive advantage that improves customer experience and reduces support burden.
What's next: Implement via API or use SilverRail's Seat Map GUI - both options are TIS agnostic.
After 2024's industry changes, seat selection is now available again for SJ + VR Snabbtåg services. We'll expand coverage as more carriers become available.
Why it matters: Restores a popular feature your customers missed, improving booking confidence for Swedish routes.
What's next: Available immediately for both Petra and SilverCore customers using our booking-agnostic SeatMap API.
SilverCore now enables accessible journey planning and seating through customizable parameters that control search results, such as Step-Free Journey Planning and Accessible seating and wheelchair spaces.
Why it matters: Opens your platform to underserved travelers while meeting accessibility compliance requirements.

New Carrier: iryo (Spain)
Spain's fastest-growing high-speed carrier, iryo, will be available with full feature parity to our Renfe integration. iryo already represents more than 20% of the market share on High-Speed Routes. Additionally, you will be able to search for and book iryo and Renfe trains within the same itinerary.
What this means: Increase conversion with expanded Spanish inventory with easy implementation using your existing setup.

Exchanges for Amtrak
Exchange functionality for Amtrak bookings will enable better customer service and reduce revenue leakage.
What this means: Your customers can modify Amtrak bookings directly through your platform instead of directing to Amtrak web.
Timeline: We'll notify Amtrak partners directly when this launches.
